ISTANBUL GREEN AREA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM STRATEGY DOCUMENT 2. FOCUS GROUP MEETINGS

The focus group meeting, which is the second of the participation activities regarding the "Istanbul Green Area Management System (YAYSİS) Strategy Document", was held online on 16 June 2022. At the beginning of the meeting, an informative presentation was given to all participants, including the working process and the important findings of the analysis studies. Afterwards, 5 separate meeting rooms were opened on the determined topics and the participants were divided into rooms in line with their expertise. The rooms are as follows;

Room 2: Inclusivity – Awareness

Room 3: Planning – Design

Room 4: Data – Coordination

Room 5: Management – Finance

The meeting, which lasted between 10:00 and 13:00, was attended by a total of 41 people, each consisting of academicians who are experts in their fields, employees from various IMM units and district municipalities, and Non-Governmental Organizations.
